Short on time but curious about Greek cuisine? This 2-hour hands-on cooking class is the perfect way to discover the flavors of Greek street food while learning a few traditional cooking techniques.
During the class, you will prepare some of the most beloved dishes of Greek street food. We start by making dough for handmade phyllo, which will rest while we prepare the rest of our meal. You will season and prepare delicious Greek gyros, make refreshing tzatziki, and learn how to open phyllo dough to create traditional cheese pies.
We will also prepare a quick saragli dessert, a crispy phyllo sweet with nuts and syrup that is loved all over Greece.
At the end of the class we sit down together to enjoy everything we cooked, served with Greek salad, olives, warm pita bread and wine.
Guests cook in pairs so everyone participates in the process. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and fun — just like cooking with friends in a Greek kitchen.
