Ingredients
500 g ground beef
1 medium onion grated (with its juices)
1 egg
2 slices of bread soaked in a mixture of water and mastic liqueur
1 clove of garlic paste
1 tbsp vinegar olive oil
1 tbsp parsley finely chopped
1 tsp. oregano or thyme
salt
pepper
flour for frying
olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Put the beef in a bowl and add all the ingredients
- with wet hands, knead for at least 5 minutes to mix all the ingredients well and break the fibers of the meat
- Cover the mixture and put it in the refrigerator for a while
- make-up meatballs to the size you want
- Roll the meatballs in flour
- Fry the meatball in medium heat (do not overcrowd)
